1. Go to Meta Business Suite on desktop or mobile
2. Click "Create Post" → Choose “Reel”
3. Upload your vertical video (max 60s)
4. Add caption, hashtags, and thumbnail
5. Click “Schedule” → Select date and time → Click “Save”
